What does it cost?
$59 a month per coordinator, including GST, after 30 days free. Every feature is included and there is no card to enter to start. We will email you before your 30 days end, and you won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Who is it for?
NDIS support coordinators, specialist support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches, whether you work for a provider or for yourself. You choose the role each note is signed in, and the recovery coach versions of the NDIA forms are included.
Does it replace our practice software?
No. Clio Care does case notes and reports only, with no billing, rostering or calendar. Copy a finished note into your practice software, or download it as a Word file or PDF, whichever your organisation keeps.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Clio Care works in your web browser on any Windows or Mac computer, so there's nothing for your IT team to install or approve. Sign up with your work email and you can write your first note straight away.
How do I get my emails in?
Drag them in, or paste the thread. You can drag in emails saved from your email app (.eml or .msg files), one at a time or a whole folder at once. From the new Outlook or Outlook on the web, drag the emails to your desktop first, then into Clio Care.
Can we use our own case note templates?
Yes, as many as you need. Upload each one as a Word file or paste it in. Pick a template for each note, or set a default, and Clio Care writes the note under its headings.
Which NDIA reports does it draft?
Progress reports and implementation reports, filled into the NDIA's own Word forms for support coordinators and for recovery coaches, plus plan reassessment and handover reports as a Word file or PDF. Every report is drafted from your signed notes, and you go through it with the participant before you sign.
How do I know a report is right?
Each part of a report shows the dates of the notes it came from, and you can open any of those notes beside the report to check it. Clio Care only uses what your notes say and never adds advice or recommendations of its own. Anything your notes don't cover is left for you to fill in.
Is participant information safe?
Yes. Records are stored in Australia and encrypted at rest and in transit. When Clio Care drafts a note or report, only the information that task needs goes to our AI provider, which never uses it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
Should participants know that AI helps with my notes?
Yes. Notes and reports from Clio Care carry no Clio branding and no AI line, so they read as your own documents. That means telling participants you use software with AI to prepare your documentation is up to you or your organisation, in the way your organisation's policy sets out. Our terms explain this.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Each coordinator signs up with their own work email and has their own participants, notes and templates. To bring a team on, email us at hello@cliocare.com.au.
