1. About the Program

These terms govern the Clio Care referral program. Clio Care is operated by Clio Health Pty Ltd (ACN 695 627 199), trading as Clio Care (ABN 29 695 627 199) ("we", "us", "our"). By sharing your referral code or taking part in the program, you agree to these terms.

2. How It Works

Every Clio Care account has a unique referral code. When you share your code and someone signs up using it and then becomes a paying Clio Care subscriber, you earn a reward.

A referral only qualifies once the person you referred has paid for a Clio Care subscription. Sign-ups on their own do not earn a reward. The person you refer must be a genuinely new Clio Care user.

3. What You Earn

For each person you refer who becomes a paying subscriber, you receive two months of Clio Care at no charge, applied as credit to your account.

Rewards are applied after the referred person's first paid invoice has cleared. There is a short holding period of around 30 days after that invoice clears before the reward is applied, so we can confirm the payment is genuine and has not been reversed.

If ten people you refer each become paying subscribers, your Clio Care account becomes free for as long as Clio Care continues to operate. This is not a lifetime guarantee and is not a promise that Clio Care will operate for any particular length of time. It applies only while the program and the service continue, and it can be withdrawn if we find the referrals were not genuine.

There is no limit on how many people you can refer.

People you refer may also receive a joining benefit, such as a discount on their subscription. Any such benefit is described to them when they sign up.

4. Rewards Have No Cash Value

Rewards are account credit and free subscription time only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Credit can only be used against your own Clio Care subscription.

5. What Is Not Allowed

The program is for genuine word-of-mouth referrals to real people who choose to use Clio Care. The following are not allowed:

— Referring yourself, or creating extra accounts to refer yourself

— Creating fake, duplicate, or automated accounts

— Spam, including unsolicited bulk messages, posting your code where it is not welcome, or any conduct that could harm Clio Care's reputation

— Buying, selling, trading, or auctioning referral codes or rewards

— Misrepresenting Clio Care, its features, or its pricing to get someone to sign up

— Any attempt to manipulate, trick, or game the program by any means

6. If the Program Is Gamed

If we reasonably believe that a referral is not genuine or that the program is being gamed in any way, we may do any of the following:

— Withhold a reward

— Reverse or remove a reward that has already been applied

— Cancel any pending rewards

— Suspend or close the accounts involved

Any reward earned through conduct that breaks these terms is void. If you think a decision was made in error, you can contact us at the address below and we will review it.

7. We Can Change or End the Program at Any Time

Clio Care may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time, including changing the reward amounts, the rules for qualifying, or any other part of the program. If we end the program, credit that has already been validly earned and applied to your account stays yours. This does not apply to rewards that were never validly earned, including any earned through conduct that breaks these terms.

8. Tax

Any reward you receive may have tax implications depending on your circumstances. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. Clio Care does not provide tax advice.

9. Eligibility

You must have a Clio Care account in good standing to take part. You may earn only one reward per person you refer.
